Döğeroğlu received her bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees from
Anadolu University, Department of Chemical Engineering. She worked as a
postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Chemical and Petroleum
Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and at the CNR Air Pollution
Research Institute in Rome, Italy, as a scholar of the International
Center for Research in Theoretical Physics (ICTP).
She served as the vice dean (2004-2010) and dean of Anadolu University
Faculty of Engineering and Architecture (2010-2016), the Vice President
of the Higher Education Quality Council (2015-2018) and the founding
Rector of Eskişehir Technical University (2018-2012).
In the past, she served as Quality Association (KalDer) Eskişehir Branch
Board Member (2008-2016), Vocational Qualifications Institution TYÇ
Board Member (2106-2018), Engineering Deans Council (MDK) General
Secretary (2013-2016), Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC) Board
Member and Secretary-Treasurer (2012-2014), European Engineering
Education Association (SEFI) Director a Board Member (2013-2015) and
Board Member of the International Engineering Education Association
(IFEES) (2015-2017), Institutional Advisor of the Council of Higher
Education (2015-2016), Member of the Higher Education Quality Board
(2015-2022) and GYK Member of TÜBİTAK Scientist Training Program (BİDEP)
(2019-2024).
Döğeroğlu, who is currently doing a faculty member at Eskişehir
Technical University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Environmental
Engineering, serves as Presidential Education and Training Policies
Board Member, Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) Board Member,
National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM) Board Member.
