MÜDEK is a full member of ENAEE (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education). MÜDEK is authorized by ENAEE to award EUR-ACE Label. MÜDEK is a Washington Accord Signatory of International Engineering Alliance.

M. NECAT ÖZGÜR Türkçe He is the BS and MS graduate of the Middle East Technical University (METU) Civil Engineering Department. He also has graduate diplomas from Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) in Hydropower in 1979 and from Colorado State University (CSU) in Water Resources Planning in 1984. He has worked as engineer and manager in the private and public sectors. Presently he is a specialist in the General Directorate for the Protection of Natural Assets. Besides the professional articles, he is the author of "Civil Engineering Quotations by the Parametric Technique" (Teknik Publications, 2001; 2. Printing, Chamber of Civil Engineers (IMO) Ankara Branch, 2003). He worked in NGO's as board members of the Turkish Educational Association (TED)  during 1999-2001 and IMO Ankara Branch during 2004-2006. As of 2006, he has worked in MÜDEK teams as Program Evaluator for Civil Engineering programs of 5 universities for the Normal and Second Education programs. As of 2013, he is the member of Engineering Accreditation Board (MAK) of MÜDEK. In this position, he has been appointed once as co-chair, twice as chair of program evaluation teams.
