He has graduated from Computer Programming AS program of Bosporus University in 1990 and Industrial Engineering BS program of the same university in 1995. During 1990-1995, he has worked as a Systems Analyst and Programmer in Bas-Tek Information Technologies Development Inc., and he has joined Arçelik AS R&D Center Vibration & Acoustics Department in 1993 as the first undergraduate student employee of the department. During 1993-2012 he has continued to work in Arçelik AS as an R&D Engineer, R&D Centre Information Systems (IS) Responsible, Eskişehir Campus Automation and IS Manager, Çayırova Campus Automation and IS Manager, Production Engineering Manager and Production Planning Manager. During this period, he has taken project manager and champion roles in innovative data acquisition and analytics systems development projects in the fields of computer aided automation (CAA), automatic material storage and retrieval (AS/RS), mobile tracking and RF-ID tagging in supply chain management (SCM), product life cycle management (PLM), LEAN management, 6 Sigma, quality control via artificial vision, etc. Also he has actively used and applied almost all Industrial Engineering methods such as material management, production planning and sequencing, simulation, computer-aided design (CAD), die and measurement gauge design, quality control, supplier selection, layout planning, make/buy analysis, investment planning, multi-factory/multi-country strategic product roadmap allocation, etc. Nazım Kadrizade who has publications in the fields of data & signal analysis, information management and project management systems in R&D; is the Country Manager and Member of the Board of Dialog Semiconductor AŞ since 2012. In addition to the management of the company, he has assumed the role of Project Manager as well, in design and R&D projects of integrated circuits (IC) and IPs for smart phones, tablets and laptop computers. He has also attended panels on the subject How to improve microelectronic sector in Turkey. He has been a voluntary evaluator of MÜDEK since 2009, and he is also an active member of many non-governmental organizations such as Istanbul Project Management Association, Logistics Association, MÜDEK, Arçelik Alumni, etc.
