DRAFT OF EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR MASTERS PROGRAMS |

Next to evaluations of undergraduate engineering programs reached to 281 in number over last 10 years,
MÜDEK has been conducting an intensive preparation lately to develop criteria to be used in the evaluation
engineering masters programs which MÜDEK was planning to conduct.
After reaching to a certain maturity, we want to open the draft of new graduate evaluation criteria to
the views of MÜDEK constituents before deciding on its final version.
The conformity of draft document titled Evaluation Criteria for Engineering Masters Programs
(Version 0.1 - 07.04.2012) with
- 7th level (masters education) descriptors and qualifications for Engineering Basic Discipline
(Academic Weighted) of the TYYÇ (National Framework of Qualifications for Higher Education) determined by
the contributions of MDK (Engineering Deans Council) and
- EUR-ACE framework standards (second cycle)
were sought.
We ask you to send your views and suggestions on the draft document of evaluation criteria
- with your name, affiliation, unit you work at, and your job title,
- to olcutyk@mudek.org.tr address
- by 15.05.2012, the latest.
Your feedback and suggestions will help to an healthy formation of MÜDEK Masters Programs Evaluation
Criteria as well as their conduct.
