He obtained his BS (1979) and MS (1981) degrees
from ITU (Istanbul Technical University) Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
He was at Technical University Munich during the years of 1981-1983 as a DAAD scholar
to conduct academic studies. He joined the Simko A.Ş. facilities of
Siemens group of companies in Kartal, Istanbul as a planning engineer
responsible for product planning, manufacturing, production technologies;
coordinated continuous improvement projects within the framework of university-industry cooperation in the context of Applied Ergonomics Projects (UYEP).
Between the years 1996-2004, he worked at a position responsible for the
Content and Quality Management in electronic marketplace (e-utilities)
in the Siemens Industrial Automation and Control Systems Group. Between 2005-2006, he
worked as a coordinator and trainer of Siemens Power Academy Technological Business and Industry Programs. Between 2006-2008 he worked in the department of Corporate Information as Information Security Specialist, Quality & Risk Manager, Internal Audit and SOX Manager. Onur, who introduced his knowledge and experiences on Quality and Environment Management, E-business, Process Management, Purchasing, ERP, CRM, SCM, Information Security, Business Continuity Management, OHSAS, Security and Ergonomy is a lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001. He is
a MÜDEK Evaluator, Expert of Istanbul Criminal and Civil Courts, Representative of Senioren Experten Service (SES) and Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL International) Turkey. |
