MÜDEK is a full member of ENAEE (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education). MÜDEK is authorized by ENAEE to award EUR-ACE Label. MÜDEK is a Washington Accord Signatory of International Engineering Alliance.

TİMUR DOĞU Türkçe Dr. Timur Doğu is a Professor of Chemical Engineering and he received BS, MS and PhD degrees from the Middle East Technical University (1970), Stanford University (1972) and University of California at Davis (1974), respectively. Professor Timur Dogu developed most of his academic career at the Middle East Technical University. He achieved the rank of Docent in 1980 and Full Professor in 1985 and served as the Dean of the Faculty of Sciences of Ankara University between 1985–1988. He was the Chair of the Chemical Engineering Department at the Middle East Technical University during the 1998–2004 period, and also worked as a visiting professor at McGil (1981) and McMaster Universities (2008) in Canada. He became a member of Engineering Programs Accreditation Board (MAK) of MÜDEK and also served as the Chair of MAK between 2013-2015. He also served as a member of the Label Committee of ENAEE (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education) between 2013-2019 and was the Chair of this committee between 2016-2018. He has been the President of MÜDEK Executive Board since 2019. Dr. Timur Dogu is a member of the Turkish Academy of Sciences and among the various awards that he received, the TUBITAK Science Award and Mustafa Parlar Foundation Science Award can be mentioned. Prof. Timur Doğu is retired from METU in 2014.
