Amendments made in the General Assembly held on March 15, 2008

• The following article is added to MÜDEK Charter and the total number of articles in the charter is increased from 22 to 23:

  Article 23: CHARTER AMENDMENTS
  
  1. Amendments to this charter can be made by the approval of General Assembly. Amendment proposals may either be made by the decision of the Executive Committee or, in regular General Assembly meetings, be added to the agenda of the meeting by the votes of more than half of the attending members upon the written application of 1/5 of the total members.
  2. In order to make any amendment in the charter in the General Assembly, the number of attendees needed to make such amendments must be present in the meeting.
  3. The number of votes needed to make an amendment in the charter is the 2/3 of members attending the meeting with voting rights.
